Child diarrhoeaParent with a child at home who has been unwell for several days with watery diarrhoea but no blood or mucus in the stool.
Presumptive TB in adultClient experiencing deep yellow/green sputum-producing cough lasting for more than 4 weeks, fever especially at night, and weight loss due to decreasing appetite.
URTI in adultClient experiencing flu-like symptoms including fever, runny nose and sore throat for the previous 2–3 days.
