  • Child height-for-age (HAZ) and weight-for-age (WAZ) z-scores are normalised using the 2006 WHO growth standards. Coefficients from ordinary least squares models are reported. Partially adjusted models only control for kebele to account for stratification and are clustered at the community health group level; adjusted models additionally control for household, caregiver and index child characteristics shown in table 1.
