      Within the framework of the need to achieve universal coverage for health care at all levels, these findings may represent a hopeful response in the medium term. Universal health coverage (UHC) guarantees that all people can receive the quality health services they need without suffering financial difficulties [14,15]. However, by 2019, a gap of more than 70 points remained between the locations with the highest and lowest levels of adequate UHC coverage in 204 countries [16].
